Our guests were taken on an authentic journey through the Oaș Land, discovering the traditions of this beautiful area.

Our guests had the opportunity to visit the Oaș Country Museum in Negrești-Oaș, a true cultural treasure, "walking" along the streets of the Oaș village and "stopping" in the houses of the times, with their customs and traditions. As soon as they crossed the threshold of the cultural institution, through song and play, artist Maria Tripon and a group of children she guides welcomed the guests with an artistic program specific to Oaș Country.

They entered the specific atmosphere of the traditional village of Oaș at the open-air museum. During different workshops, folk craftsmen presented them traditional folk costume, how to string beads and the secrets of pottery.

We would like to thank the local folk craftsmen, Floare Pop from Boinești (for the traditional Oaș costumes presentation), Viorelia Butcure (beads), Istvanfi Geza and his wife, Istvanfi Ema (pottery and painting workshop) and, last but not least, Mrs. Anca Rusu – manager of the Oaș Land Museum who made the visit to Oaș a real celebration, a joyful experience and a bridge between cultures and communities. The visit ended with a stop at the Luna Şes Tourist Resort.
